As a result of changing dietary habits and awareness recently, consumers have started to consume different types of rice, such as black rice, in addition to white rice.
Thanks to its low carbohydrate value, it is an alternative food source for diabetics.
Black rice, which has high levels of antioxidant content, also contains more B vitamins than white rice. It is much more nutritious than white rice in terms of zinc, iron, phosphorus, calcium and magnesium content.
