Rye Flour
Kappadokia Rye flour is produced from black ancient Anatolian rye sort, grounded in stone mills, as whole grains and packed in healthy paper packing.
Since rye is difficult to separate into bran, germ and endosperm like wheat, it is usually milled whole. Therefore, rye flour is quite high in nutritional values compared to refined white flour.
We offer stone mill flour obtained from rye to our consumers in the form of whole rye flour without the addition of any industrial chemicals and additives.
